Mr Burton
We worked with the team at Kaleidoscope & Icon Film Distribution on the media campaign to bring the world of Mr Burton to the big screen. The biographical drama film focuses on the early life of Welsh actor, Richard Burton, featuring a stellar cast including Harry Lawtey, Toby Jones and Lesley Manville.
The UK-wide media campaign placed a strong emphasis on reaching relevant audiences across Social Media, YouTube and Connected TVs, whilst we upweighted budget to target Welsh audiences with an affinity towards the actor.
Outside of Digital Media, we ran a national Radio campaign across Classic FM, complementing this with ads across 8 regional Welsh stations to help bring the film to life. We achieved a reach of over 25% of all adults in Wales on the radio campaign alone.
The film proved a success at the UK box office.
